The DICKENS Consulting Group (DCG) is an independent consulting company led by Timmothy M. Dickens, a 32 year U.S. Air Force veteran. The firm is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with experience providing leadership training, organizational and business development consultation, and executive coaching; with an extensive background in organizational communication, leadership, resiliency and team development.

Our primary area of expertise is “Capacity Building”, through the use of a range of assessment instruments, such as MBTI and EQ-i 2.0, as well as tips, tools, and techniques for enhancing self-awareness, self-management, communication, team cohesion, leadership effectiveness and Personal Resiliency.

DCG has done extensive work with DoD, government, public and non-profit clients whose needs range from executive coaching to skills-based workshops. Timmothy and his Team bring excellent facilitation skills, widely used, results oriented tips, tools, techniques & training, along with a passion for assisting individuals and teams raise their level of performance.

Our Consultants, Facilitators, and Instructors come from diverse backgrounds with a broad range of expertise from the military to private industry. They each have 15-20 years of real-world experience as leaders, mentors and team builders with a minimum of 15 years of experience as advisors and coaches at the Senior Officer and Executive levels.

Additionally, our keynote speaker program provides seasoned senior leaders with military, industry and federal government experience. Their message will be tailored to the specific focus of your organization.

Workshops and Seminars can be done on or off-site based on your needs. As a follow-on, we can provide computer based training and instruction through e-learning or Knowledge Management. You can tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
