A key feature of our Life Cycle Management offering includes our ability to consult specifically on Logistics processes which include complete Asset and Inventory Management, Warehousing Functions, and Systems Operations.  This covers the entire classes of supply spectrum of requirements from acquisition to property and equipment disposition; preparing organizations to become and remain audit ready in a time when reconciliation and accountability is absolutely critical. Included in the process is establishing accountable asset records and procedures for implementing associated internal controls.  Additionally, we are an expert solution and implementation service provider of Computerized Organizational and Maintenance Management products     from IBM, SAP, Sprocket, and Asset Point.

The Center for Life-Long Capacity Building (CLCB)  

CLCB focuses on the individuals, groups and teams who are part of organizations; by providing the basic skills, enhanching pre-existing skills, re-introducing previously learned skills, or further developing their capabilities. And while there are multiple objectives, participants gain greater self awareness, self management & personal accountability in their personal and professional lives. Offerings include:

The Center for Personal & Professional Excellence (CP2E)
